GILMOR1 was founded by architect Gil Mor — obsessed with morning light, tactile materials and silence. Today we are 34 architects, designers, engineers and craftsmen building slow-living spaces that age beautifully.

We believe a home should hold you. That’s why every Gilmor project starts with life scenarios — coffee rituals, kids running, guests staying late — and only then becomes floor plans. We use lime plaster, white oak, travertine, flax linen and honest concrete. No fake luxury, no visual noise.

How much does a Gilmor project cost? +
Interiors from $350/m² design + build from $1,400/m². Villas from $180/m² architecture. After discovery call you get fixed quote with 3 packages. No hourly fog.
How long does it take? +
Concept 2–3 weeks, technical 4–6 weeks, build 4–7 months for flats, 10–14 months for villas. We put dates in contract with penalties for us, not you.
Do you work remotely in my city? +
Yes — 60% of projects are remote. Laser scan + video + local partner crew. We fly for key milestones: demolition start, stone approval, final styling.
Can you work with my existing floor plan? +
Absolutely. We do “light touch” refreshes: paint, light, joinery and styling from $15k. Often 20% changes give 80% feeling.
What is your warranty? +
5 years on joinery and works, 2 years on paint and mechanisms. Plus lifetime WhatsApp support — bulb died? Text us.
